Massage...a gentle approach to health and well being. Massage is more than just a way to pamper or treat yourself to something "nice". It can be therapeutic and is also considered preventative medicine to some. By receiving massage at least once a month a person can decrease emotional and physical stress, improve circulation, decrease blood pressure, increase muscle relaxation and flexibility and strengthen the immune system. If someone has health "issues" regular massage can benefit them in many ways. We can tailor massage sessions specifically for certain "needs" and concerns. A client health history form is needed to thoroughly assess the needs of each individual client.

My name is Molly Straub, LMP, and I have lived in Skagit County almost all of my life. I decided that I was interested in becoming a Massage Practitioner after my husband Danny had to receive weekly massage treatments because of his back surgery 10 years ago. I was impressed at how much massage could affect an individual's life, health and well being. I wanted to learn more!

I attended Ashmead School of Massage and graduated in February of 2005 as a Licensed Massage Practitioner, an Aromatherapist and Spa Therapist. If you would like to purchase massage as a gift for someone, I have Gift Certificates available for purchase.
