Relax, Restore, Rejuvenate. A new series of yoga classes Monday evenings in January. This will be Traditional Yoga postures in gentle flowing sequence. Class is held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. January 8,15,22,29. Bring a yoga mat, dress comfortably and join us for a great evening of gentle exercise.

Sylvia Trask lives in Clear Lake, WA and has taught ballet for over 30 years. She has practiced Yoga most of her life, and has been teaching three years in the Skagit Valley.
