2 – Informational Meeting for Italian Class by Assunta Napoleone. 6:30-8:30 p.m.

4, 11, 18, 25 - Friday afternoon discussion group. 3-5 p.m. For the price of a cup of coffee, cocoa or tea you can join in on any of the discussions underway on Friday afternoons. Previously we have discussed Joy, Prosperity and Peace. The subject is always different and it is always interesting to see how the discussion progresses.

8 – Kundalini Yoga Class by Pamela Nixon. 4-5:30 p.m. Kundalini Yoga, also called the Yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be practiced by everyone. Positive effects can be noticed right away. Kundalini yoga keeps the body in shape and trains the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of stress and change. Oxygen capacity is increased along with blood flow to the glands, resulting in heightened awareness and vitality. Through breathing techniques and meditation, peace of mind can be obtained. Classes are $12 each or $40 for four classes prepaid.

8 – New Moon Astrology by Janet Hickox. 6:30-8:30 p.m. $5.00. Join us as we take a look at the new moon, it’s various meanings and what it means to you personally. If you have not taken an astrology class at Mystik Moon before, please call me with your birth information. Everyone else, please call and let me know you’re coming so I can have your chart ready. 16 – Holistic Chamber of Commerce Networking Meeting. 7:00-9:00 p.m. Tonight’s meeting will be at the home of Sandy Levey- Lunden in Bellingham. Be sure to bring your business cards and any other materials that you would like to share, and feel free to bring a guest who might be interested in joining. The directions are: From South:

• Get on I-5 north bound
• Exit the freeway at Exit 253, Lakeway Dr.
• Take a right at the end of the off ramp
• Continue down the short street until you reach the traffic light
• At the light, take a left on to Lakeway Dr.
• You will continue on Lakeway for approximately 3 minutes, and through 5 traffic lights.
• Turn left on to Oriental St. Keep your eyes open, the street sign is difficult to see because it is around a curve to the left. Oriental St. is after Lowell St.
• Oriental St .will curve to the right and then immediately left without notice, be sure not to go straight instead, or you will be in a dead end.
• Turn Left on to York St.
• Take the second right on to Brook View PLACE (not Brookview Court)

The address is 1609 Brook View Place. The house has lots of flowers in front and is a two-story, grey and lavender house.

26 – Past Life Regression by Sandarah Amun. 1-4 p.m. $50. Sandarah Amun will lead us through 3 separate past life readings where we can discover the reason why we have certain problems, beliefs or patterns in our life. $50. Bring a mat or sleeping bag to lay on, a blanket to cover up with, a bandana or cloth to cover your eyes, and a pen & journal to write your experience. Also, snacks & water are a good thing to bring.
